Neutrality
We describe what we observe and avoid favouring any building or operator.
About classhubix
classhubix is a small editorial project that explains how corporate business centers welcome, direct and look after the people who walk through their doors.
Our mission
classhubix began with a simple observation: most people spend a few minutes in a business center lobby, yet very little is written about how that moment works. Who greets you, why a queue forms and how a kiosk knows your host are all small questions with thoughtful answers.
Our editors visit business centers in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Penang and Johor Bahru, take notes and photographs, and turn them into plain-English articles for curious readers.
classhubix is a purely informational publication. We do not run a business center and we are not affiliated with any building we write about.

How we work
We describe what we observe and avoid favouring any building or operator.
Every article is checked against on-site visits and reviewed by a second editor.
We write for everyone, including first-time visitors and readers new to office buildings.
The team
A small group of writers and researchers who spend their days in lobbies, lifts and corridors.
